Shopping with Depuff

These terms apply when you use the Depuff store or buy from us. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Depuff. Shopify hosts our store; your product purchase is with us.

Orders and cancellations

Review the product, package option, quantity, delivery address and currency before paying. The order confirmation records the products and price you purchased. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for any unfulfilled part of the order. Contact support@getdepuff.com promptly to request an order change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once dispatch has begun.

Our products and responsible use

Depuff Oil of Oregano Softgels are a dietary supplement containing oregano oil and black seed oil. Read the full ingredient list, directions, warnings and expiry information on your supplied packaging before use. Follow the label directions and do not exceed the recommended serving.

A supplement does not replace a balanced diet or professional medical care. Our website content is general product information, not personal medical advice. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Individual experiences vary; customer stories and ingredient research do not guarantee a particular result for you.

Ask a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medicines, have a medical condition, or are considering use by a child. Do not use a product with a broken safety seal, after its expiry date, or if you are allergic to an ingredient. If an adverse reaction occurs, stop use and seek appropriate medical advice. Follow the storage instructions on the label and keep the product out of children's reach.

Prices, billing and one-time purchases

Your checkout shows the amount, currency, applicable discounts and any taxes collected by us. Package quantities and included gifts are those shown for the option you select. A one-time purchase does not create a recurring subscription. We will not substitute a different product or add a charge without your agreement.

Shipping, delivery and returns

Read our Shipping policy for dispatch, delivery and import-charge information, and our Return and refund policy for the 30-day return arrangements. Those policies form part of these terms. Free outbound shipping does not by itself mean that change-of-mind return postage is free.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the store lawfully, provide accurate order information and keep any account credentials secure. Do not interfere with the store's security or submit material that infringes another person's rights. Website content and third-party names belong to their respective owners or licensors. External websites and optional services have their own terms.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or makes you responsible for a faulty product or a delivery problem that is our responsibility.
