Product or delivery concerns

If a pouch arrives damaged, its safety seal is broken, or you receive the wrong item, do not take the softgels. Tell us what happened and keep the packaging. Photos of the pouch, seal and batch or lot details, where available, can help us investigate.

Returns

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return destination and instructions. See our Return and refund policy.
